As Edexcel is the main provider, we match students with tutors who are specialists in the distinct demands of its three papers.
The Independent Research Project (IRP): We guide students through the specific requirements of the oral exam. We help them choose a topic—such as Italian cinema or regional politics—that allows for deep analysis rather than just description.
Literature and Film: Analysing texts like Io non ho paura or films like La vita è bella requires critical vocabulary. We teach students how to structure essays that link character motivation to the broader historical context.
Translation: The translation into Italian is unforgiving. We drill the specific rules of agreement and prepositional use to ensure students can translate complex English syntax into authentic Italian without error.
