The IB Visual Arts course encourages students to explore a wide range of media and techniques while developing a deep understanding of art history and theory. You will learn to express complex ideas through your own work while critically analysing the art of others.

Since the course culminates in a final exhibition, our sessions are tailored to help you curate your work effectively. We provide the tools to articulate your artistic intentions clearly, ensuring you are fully prepared for each component of the IB assessment.

Comparative Study: You will produce a digital presentation that compares the work of at least three different artists. We help you conduct deep research and write a formal analysis of the cultural and formal qualities of the artworks.
Process Portfolio: This component is a collection of your experiments, sketches, and reflections. We help you organise your workbook to show a clear development of ideas and technical skills over the two year course.
Exhibition: You will select your best pieces and curate a final exhibition with a written curatorial justification. We help you choose your works and write a professional statement that explains the themes of your collection.
Ongoing Tuition
If you are happy, this will then evolve into regular tuition, overseen by our Director who will create the strategy and provide frequent updates.
