1. About these terms

1.1 What these terms cover. These terms govern your use of avaloneducation.co.uk. By using the website, you accept them.

1.2 They do not govern our services. If you engage us to provide tuition, applications support or any other service, that

engagement is governed by the Client Agreement you sign with us, together with our General Terms and the relevant Service

Schedules. Where a Client Agreement is in place, it governs the supply of those services and prevails over these terms.

1.3 How we work. We provide our services as principal, through tutors and consultants engaged by us. We do not introduce tutors

to clients for the client to engage directly.

1.4 Enquiries. Making an enquiry, requesting a call or submitting a form does not create a contract between us.

1.5 Buying through this website. Where you buy through this website, your order is an offer to us, not a contract. Payment taken

at checkout is held on account. We will complete a Client Agreement and send it to you to sign, and the contract is formed when we

countersign it and email you a copy. We will not begin the services before then, and if the contract is not formed we will refund your

payment in full within 14 days. We will send you the Client Agreement together with our General Terms, the Service Schedule for

what you have bought, and our Privacy Policy and Safeguarding Policy. Before you pay we will show you the total price, what is

included, and your right to cancel. Sessions delivered through our online platform may be recorded — our General Terms and

2.1 You may use the website for lawful purposes only.

2.2 You must not use the website in any way that could damage, disable or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

2.3 You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server on which it is stored, or any connected server,

computer or database.

2.4 We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any

part of it without notice.

3. Information on the website

3.1 We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only.

Details of examinations, admissions processes, deadlines and institutional requirements change, and you should confirm anything

you intend to rely on with the relevant school, examination board, university or test provider.

3.2 Any testimonial, case study or example outcome on the website describes a particular student'

s experience. It is not a prediction

or promise of what any other student will achieve.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 All content on the website, including text, images, logos and videos, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by

intellectual property law.

4.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

5. Third-party links

5.1 The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or services, and

a link is not an endorsement.

6. Our responsibility to you

6.1 We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury

caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any breach of your statutory rights.

8. Changes to these terms

8.1 We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is the one posted on this page, and the

8.2 Changes to these terms do not affect any Client Agreement already in place. Changes to the terms governing our services are

made only as set out in our General Terms.

9. Governing law

9.1 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in

Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts. If you live outside the United Kingdom, nothing

in these terms removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
