Since CAS is about learning through experience, our sessions are tailored to help you articulate what you have learned from both your successes and your challenges. We provide the framework for high level reflection, ensuring you are fully prepared for each component of the IB assessment.

The CAS Portfolio: This is a digital collection of evidence—such as photos, videos, and journals—that documents your experiences. We help you organize your evidence and write meaningful reflections that address the seven learning outcomes.
The CAS Project: You must undertake at least one collaborative project that lasts at least one month. We help you plan, execute, and reflect on this project, ensuring it demonstrates teamwork and sustained engagement.
Final Review: This is the concluding meeting with your CAS coordinator to verify your progress. We help you prepare for this discussion so you can confidently demonstrate how you have met the IB requirements.
